Tuesday: Cali burrito! Marinated and grilled RIBEYE CAP, asadero cheese, guacamole, Evetta Farms fire roasted shish*to jalapeño salsa verde, Valentina mayo, crispy fries, lime slaw and queso fresco in a giant burrito. Served with fries and house esquites

Saturday: spicy birria style braised North 40 Premium Beef American wagyu beef shank. Braised for 24 hours, pulled and tossed with smoked vidalia onion, spicy roasted peppers, onions a seeded roll. Served hot n wet with pickled pico.
