Specials for the week......

Monday: Evetta farms apple c***r braised pork. On a toasty roll with sage mustard, fennel pickle, smoked gouda and grilled onion.

Tuesday: Spanish Tuna tostada. Fresh BLUEFIN TUNA, ceviche style with extra virgin olive oil, shallot, capers, parsley, herbs and fleur de sel. On a crispy Spanish torta with citrus aioli

Wednesday: Crab rangoon hot dog. A crowd favorite. Nathan’s Famous jumbo dog wrapped in eggroll wrapper and fried crispy. On a toasty roll with house rangoon, scallion, sweet and spicy chili.

Thursday: North 40 Premium Beef American wagyu skirt steak TORTA. Marinated and Charcoal grilled steak on a soft torta roll with house mayo, avocado, candied tomato, pickled onion, fries and chimichurri

Friday: giant pork tenderloin sandwich. A giant, saltine breaded and fried pork tenderloin the size of your face. With sauce gribiche, shrettuce, shaved red onion and candied tomato.

Saturday: BALLLL DAYYYYYYY. Choice of lobster, shrimp and crab arancinis with tomato fondue OR Turkey confit, cheddar and mashed potato croquettes with turducken gravy. Post all your ball day jokes below.
