Chef Clayton is offering a Grey Plume inspired dinner-to-go for one night only, just in time for Valentine's Day! Also, this Private Chef service, Noble Hospitality, is honoring all Grey Plume gift cards!

A great way to avoid the crowds and celebrate at home with a multi-course meal for 2, this mostly-made meal has a few fun steps to inspire the Chef within. Create your own amuse-boushe, learn to make a powder, decorate your plate with Grey Plume dots, and flavor your own demi-glace with yummy additions. Plus a torchon of famous Grey Plume Butter Cookies to bake for breakfast the next day.

Pick up is on Saturday, February 12, 2022.

To Our Guests,

As we look forward to 2021 and all the way back to 2010, we want to take a moment to sincerely thank our patrons, artisans, growers, ranchers, and past & present employees. We had an amazing 10 year run, and we couldn't have done it without all of your support!

We have decided the time has come to close the doors on our decade-long run. We are truly thankful for all of the opportunities we were given and the memories will be cherished forever.

We know that some of you have un-redeemed gift cards, and we want you to know that we are working on a partnership with another restaurant where your gift cards will be valid. We don't have exact details quite yet, so please accept our apologies as we work to secure this arrangement. Updates will be posted on our page as they become available. While one door closes, another always opens. In order to stay connected with the community, Clayton and Heather have discovered a new way to share their expertise in an outlet that also allows time home with their growing family. This has led to the birth of a hospitality consulting firm that helps new and existing restaurateurs on their quest for greatness, a private cheffing outlet that will provide Omaha with amazing cuisine on a more manageable schedule, and MOST PASSIONATELY, a new development of cooking classes that lets them and other guest chefs/sommeliers/craft bartenders share their knowledge with the public!

Classes are currently offered in a virtual setting and guests can participate all over the country! Secured partnerships with grocers and alcohol distributors allows all of the ingredients to be sent to the participants' homes the week of the class. We love your Mom! And although we have decided it is not the right time to reopen our doors, we have decided to offer a to-go brunch to help celebrate her day!
