I have started a new venture, Scott s Kitchen PV, making tasty sandwiches and delicious desserts. I am tweaking the menu to make sure what I am offering is not only tasty and delicious but also something you can't get everywhere else here in PV. I will post the menu shortly. Hello our favorite peeps!!! Boy do we miss ALL YOUR FACES❤️❤️❤️

We hope everyone is doing well. We are loving the very temperate temperatures!!

Christmas will definitely be different this year! We will certainly miss our family, but we have WhatsApp, Facebook, and messenger so we really aren't that far away.

Starting our NEW CHAPTER in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Will be here for 180 days to see what we think. Six blocks from the Pacific Ocean in a super cute studio apartment. A little different than what we're used to, but looking to simplify our life. Brought six suitcases of clothes and miscellaneous, and our little Pom. I made sure to have my quilting since I have five quilts I need to get finished. Will be working on getting used to tropical weather. Will probably be getting some online jobs and work remotely from some US company; and of course LEARNING SPANISH. Live simply in the moment. We only have one life. (vive simplemente en el momento. Solo tenemos una vida.)
