Hatch Chile Season is here 🔥🌶️

Join us September 12 & 13 for Upstream’s Hatch Chile Cook-Out, bringing a little taste of New Mexico to Omaha all weekend long.

We’ll have the open-flame roaster going on the sidewalk patio with fresh Hatch chiles, street tacos, Hatch guac and queso, roasted chile cream soup, churros with Hatch-infused dark chocolate, cold drinks and more.

Want to take some home? Grab a bag of roasted and peeled Hatch chiles to go for $5, complete with a recipe card for a little inspiration in your own kitchen.

We’re excited to be pouring at this year’s Brew Haha on Friday, September 11 from 5:30-8:30 PM at Heartwood Preserve.

Hosted by Habitat for Humanity of Omaha, Brew Haha brings together local breweries, wineries, distilleries, restaurants and eateries for a night of unlimited tastings — all in support of expanding affordable homeownership in our community.

Big news from the Upstream kitchen 👀

We’ve been working behind the scenes on a refreshed menu, complete with delicious new additions while keeping plenty of longtime favorites right where they belong.
To make the switch, Upstream will be closed to the public tomorrow, Tuesday, July 21.

We’ll reopen Wednesday, July 22 with our new menu ready for you to enjoy — plus two new seasonal brews on tap.

Join us Thursday, July 23 from 7-9 PM for Hops Edition, led by Upstream bartender Bryan Swotek. We’ll dig into how hops shape aroma, bitterness, flavor and balance while you enjoy a guided beer flight, bar snacks and a crowler to take home.
