Sage Student Bistro Student-operated restaurant serving lunch and dinner located at The Institute for the Culinary Arts on Metropolitan Community College's Fort Omaha Campus.

Reservations: https://www.exploretock.com/sage-student-bistro The Sage Student Bistro operates as a customer focused classroom providing our students an opportunity to refine their culinary, bakery, service, and supervisory skills in a setting where the element of time is as important as the food and service. Because this is a class, the Bistro is open when the students are in session. A standard menu is offered, as well as weekly, student designed prix fixe specials during dinner. Reservations are strongly encouraged for dinner service. We operate as a casual restaurant by day and transition to fine dining in the evening. Use of our complimentary valet parking is encouraged during dinner.

Chef Grove teaches our lunch class at Sage! We can’t wait to cheer him on!

When Chef Chase Grove puts on his white coat day after day, it has only his own name embroidered on it. But when he walks into the Culinary World Cup in Luxembourg in November, he’ll be representing Team USA and the generations of chefs, educators, students, and family who supported and inspired him along the way.

When you ask Grove how he got here, he doesn’t tell a story about his efforts, but of a community.
