Sage Student Bistro Student-operated restaurant serving lunch and dinner located at The Institute for the Culinary Arts on Metropolitan Community College's Fort Omaha Campus.

Because this is a class, the Bistro is open when the students are in session. A standard

menu is offered, as well as weekly, student designed prix fixe specials during dinner. Reservations are strongly encouraged for dinner service. We operate as a casual restaurant by day and transition to fine dining in the evening. Use of our complimentary valet parking is encouraged during dinner.

We were at Beyond the Bite last night hosted by Yelp and the Kiewit Luminarium! We got a chance to show off our fall quarter menus to the community and see so many of our industry friends!
