Big thanks to Joshua Foo not only for the incredible photography, but for making the network connection between the Chefs seamless.

This night was made possible by a Hands Please event held in Washington D.C. this past December. Hosted by the one and only Josh Hernandez Hands Please is an event made to bring together the culinary industry from across the country to help encourage and promote events such as this incredible night and dinner collaboration. It was that night in D.C. where we all met and truly made this possible. And it leaves us excited for what will be next!

As we all know, events like this are not possible without an incredible and dedicated team! We can not begin to thank our team enough for making this event truly incredible. To a night where the restaurant was buzzing with friends, family and laughter.

This beautiful Little Mountain Ranch pork belly is glazed with a soy barbecue sauce, served on top of a marinated quinoa salad, avocado puree, and garnished with pickled red onions & serrano peppers.

Hand-made Garganelli in a braised pork sugo!

Pork shanks braised with house smoked bacon in a rich tomato sauce with lots of fresh basil, love and a pinch of chili flake.
Finished with toasted breadcrumbs, pecorino and olive oil. Comfort in a bowl!

Inspired by the flavors of elote, this is tartare is dressed with:
lime crema emulsion, charred sweet corn, pickled jalapeño, red onion and tajin
Topped with: cotija cheese and a corn chip crumble.
