Ending the evening on a sweet note. Our Valentine’s dessert is a chocolate lover’s dream: date sweetened 72% chocolate mousse layered over rye sponge cake, finished with beet meringue flower petals, cocoa nibs, and delicate heart-shaped beet chips, all encased in a 76% chocolate shell.⁠
