Happy NINE, count 'em NINE year anniversary to our Executive Chef, Jim O'Connor! He has been working with the company since before NICO even opened its doors and, about 4.5 years ago, transitioned into his role here at Bistronomy. We are so grateful for his leadership, skills in the kitchen, and most importantly, his good looks! Jokes aside, congratulations, Jimmy; we are so proud of you!
