Kaia will bring a fresh perspective to Charleston’s restaurant scene, blending Southeast Asian flavors with Caribbean influences inspired by ’s upbringing in St. Croix and his global culinary journey.

It's official... Kaia is on the way!

Charleston, we can't wait to meet you! We're excited to finally share that Kaia is coming to downtown Charleston later this Summer.

Led by Chef Raheem Sealey, Kaia will bring together Southeastern Asian flavors, Caribbean influences, and global culinary inspiration in a way that's entirely it's own.

Chef Raheems career has earned recognition from the James Beard Foundation and the World's 50 Best, and now he's bringing his vision to Charleston with a restaurant built around bold flavors, thoughtful hospitality, and memorable experiences.
