Our Fusilli Lunghi Con Gamberetti is a beautifully balanced combination of sweet Sicilian red prawns, rich sundried tomato, and savoury, briny notes from colatura di alici and capers. The bronze die-cut pasta gives it a satisfyingly textured bite while holding onto all that flavour.
