Named after the Italian word for “buttons”, bottoni is a pasta known for its small, rounded shape and generous filling. Traditionally made to hold a rich filling within its folds, each piece is shaped with care to create that distinctive button-like form.

Our bottoni is made by hand around a creamy ricotta filling, then tossed in butter scented with sage. The sauce adds just enough richness, while the herbs bring a fragrant finish that lets the filling stay at the heart of every bite.
