We’re exhausted and feel so grateful. Today marks 3 weeks since we opened the doors of Chula Café in SF.
This project isn’t just ours, it’s been possible thanks to the incredible community we have.
To David Kwon, a brilliant architect, all my admiration for your work, and thank you to your family for supporting us with the time you sacrificed for this project.
Grand Coffee SF thank you for always supporting us from the beginning, CoffeeShop for your great spirit and support, Ikon Roastery thank you for all your support always and for roasting our coffee, HEDGE COFFEE you we always available to help, all our friends who believed in us, cheered us on, and bought our coffee from the start, thank you for helping us know that it’s possible.
My brother, an exceptional agronomist who has done extraordinary work thanks to the team we have on the farm working hard, and my parents for their wonderful example of life with humility, transparency, and commitment. Specially to our kids that have been without us on weekends and many other days the last 2 months 😔
