🗣EXCITING DRR UPDATE: Sausage collab with !

A few weeks ago we met a talented fellow smokesman and local meat artist. He makes some of tastiest and prettiest sausages we’ve come across in some time (not to mention the rest of his ‘cue). So we asked if we could do a sausage collab for Dry Rub Republic and he 👏said 👏yes👏! 💍

In our effort to be zero-waste, Kevin is using our brisket trimmings in our sausages.

Here’s a sneak peek of our upcoming sausage order. We’ll be bringing these bad boys live in mid-May. In the meantime give our friend and fellow smokesman, Kevin a follow!
