First, Cary Attar — the visionary behind the Fielding’s concept and the driving force behind the experience our guests know and love. With more than 30 years in the restaurant industry, Cary’s influence can be felt in every detail: from our carefully curated wine list and liquor program to the craft cocktails, atmosphere, hospitality, and energy that define Fielding’s. His passion for excellence and relentless pursuit of quality continue to shape everything we do. Fearless leader is an understatement.
And then there’s Chef Edelberto Gonçalves — “our Frenchman.” While Portuguese by birth, Chef Edel was raised in France and trained alongside some of the finest French chefs in the world. For decades, he has created thoughtful, memorable cuisine rooted in technique, creativity, and soul. After years of collaborating on restaurant concepts together, Cary and Chef Edel founded Fielding’s in 2015, building something truly special from the ground up.
