🍖 Starting Monday, September 29, River Oaks staple Ouisie’s Table unveils its annual Fall Wild Game Menus. Each week, chef Martin Bolanos presents a new prix-fixe dinner highlighting seasonal game—from venison and duck to elk and quail—paired with hearty sides and optional wine pairings.

🍒 The series kicks off with a Grilled Red Deer Chop with a cherry glaze served alongside mashed parsnips and roasted root vegetables—all for $39 (plus tax & gratuity).

Seared 5 Spice Duck Breast with Black Currant Sauce – $32

Seared Saltine Crusted Venison Backstrap Chicken Fried Steak – $38

Braised Wild North American Elk Osso Buco Au Jus – $48
