There are a lot of new items on our menu this week, including the Lobster Sacchetti. Three fresh pasta 'satchels' are stuffed with juicy lobster tail and claw meat, covered in a pink lobster roe sauce and drizzled with an aged balsamic. Darlings, I have never met a bag I didn't like and these are no exception.

Although it is rumored that Radiatore noodles were created in the 1960s by an industrial designer, their invention was actually between the First and Second World War.
