When designing our upcoming tasting menu, "Are Chefs Artists?", our goal wasn't just to serve an incredible meal, it was to challenge boundaries and create a memory that lasts a lifetime.

This stunning purple-infused salmon is just a glimpse of the artistry awaiting you. Join us at Paula's on Main on August 6th at 6:00 PM for an exclusive 4-course culinary exhibition. Our curated menu features expertly crafted seafood, including curated courses of mussels, halibut, and a shrimp and calamari pairing, each accompanied by a specialty cocktail designed by our bar manager. We will conclude the evening with an immersive, interactive dessert course.
