I’m the Founder and CEO of Ashley Eats Chicago and Prep’d Up Chicago, where I help busy professionals, families, athletes, teams, and organizations solve one of life’s biggest challenges: consistently having great food without the stress.
Over the years, I’ve worked in leadership roles managing large food service operations, catered events for nonprofits and organizations, prepared meals for professional athletes, and partnered alongside sports nutrition professionals to support performance-focused clients.
