�🍳 Favorite memory with Chef Pat: I first met Chef in a purchasing class. I transferred in from a different school where the instuctors were no where near his caliber, but he was similar to some of the great individuals I have had the pleasure to work with in the industry. As a native to Chicago I followed many of the great Chicago chefs that Chef Pat has worked with. My favs are to listen to Chef recount some of his adventures coming up through the ranks. Most importantly when I have the opportunity to learn something new and he takes the time to show some of his best practices .
🍝 Favorite dish to cook: I couldn’t pick just one. For me methods are facinating. Like sous vide, Chef Pat was one of the first instructors to explain how this method was utilized not only because of its results but how it can help with speed and precision in a commercial kitchen.
�🙌 What it’s like working with the team: Working with the Chef Pat & Co team for me is a chance to connect with others who share the desire to provide the best hospitality, making emotional connections with guests and co workers. The model nurtures individuals problem resolution skills under the guidance of tenured and accomplished leadership.
🎯 Goal: My goal is to keep learning from mentors like Chef Pat . To be indispensable and continue this new journey in the culinary realm.
