After a very busy season, I'm taking a little time to rest, recharge, celebrate my birthday 🎉 and prepare for the next phase of Signature Taste by Jelian.** 👀💕

3 pastas- fettuccine, bowtie, oenne
5 sauces- Marinara, Spicy Marinara, Alfredo, Jerk Alfredo, & Pesto
4 Proteins- Grilled Chicken, Italian Meatballs, Spicy Italian Sausage, & Shrimp Scampi
Veggies- Sauteed Onions, Sauteed Sweet Peppers, Roasted Mushrooms, Sautedd Spinach, Roasted Broccoli, Basil, fresh parmesan

Garden Salad
Variation of breads
Butter
Super fun, can't wait to do it again!

Easy weeknight sides. Scalloped Potatoes. Slice, season, bake, enjoy.

No special recipe, just used what I had, listed below.
3 potatoes - sliced thinly
Diced onion (optional)
Heavy cream
Parmesan cheese
Butter
Garlic
Seasonings
More cheese
Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees covered. Remove cover, bake for 20-25 minutes at 400 degrees or until golden brown.
