Everyone, Zack. Zack, everyone! Welcome our newest barista to JAM! ✨

Zack has been working at JAM for juuuuust about a month now and he has caught on very quickly. Zack is from Syracuse originally and worked for a few coffee shops out there before moving to Buffalo, so he brought a lot of knowledge about coffee with him! His girlfriend is attending grad school here at UB, so he moved to Buffalo with her for support while she completes her program.

His favorite drink? An iced Americano with maple syrup. He also took a special interest in the fact that we make a lot of our syrups in house, and reeeeally appreciates River’s daily pastry selection (we all do, my friend).

Outside of work Zack likes to be outdoors, read, and watch indie films. He is currently reading: “How to Kill a City: Gentrification, Inequality, and the Fight for the Neighborhood” by P.E. Moskowitz. He lives with his girlfriend Haley and his cat Ollie in the North Buffalo area.

When we asked him what he loves about Buffalo and JAM so far, his answer was the same for both: the community.
