Noah is our kitchen lead and the first team member that we ever hired when opening Cafe Bewilderment! He’s barista trained and our kitchen lead, which means he knows just about everything there is to know at the Cafe.

Q: Favorite part about working here?
A: So many things to like! I like the people that I work with, and the people that come in here. It’s about the environment that this place brings, it’s comforting.

Q: Favorite food to cook?
A: Favorite foot to cook is meatballs. Which are sometimes featured at the cafe! It’s also my favorite food.

Q: Fun fact?!
A: I speak 3.5 languages and can play 10 different instruments!!

Brett is Cafe Bewilderment’s Front of House Manager! He joined the cafe with years of hospitality experience and an incredible coffee background. He makes a mean cortado. 

Q: What’s your favorite part about working at Cafe Bewilderment? 
A: My coworkers, our regulars, and the wonderful new people I get to meet. We have such a kind community here. 

Q: What are your three desert island items? 
A: My partner. My guitar. A radio (as long as it works).

Q: What was your first concert? 
A: Besides my dad’s blues rock band, it was Trans-Siberian Orchestra. 

Q: What would you like to see Cafe Bewilderment achieve this year?
A: GLOBAL TAKEOVER. Just kidding, I’d love to see us continue to grow and expand.
