Hoover recalls going out to the family farm and picking fresh peas, melons, greens, tomatoes, and watching his father butcher farm-raised meats. He grew up eating what is now known as “farm-to-table.” Hoover’s relationships with area farmers, who raise crops with their hearts and hands, allow us to bring fresh, natural comfort food to our tables every day.

For 27+ years, your support, stories, and presence have made this place so much more than a restaurant. To our guests, friends, and partners, we’re endlessly grateful for the love you’ve shown and for making Hoover’s Cooking what it is today.

Being part of your lives, traditions, and memories over the years has meant more to us than words can say.

Before we close our doors today, on May 31st, we’d love to see you one more time. Come enjoy your favorite meals, stop by to say hello, and help us celebrate everything Hoover’s has been built on: food, family, and community.
