Ten years ago today, we unlocked the doors not knowing if anyone would walk in.

There were quiet days. Long nights. Doubts we never posted about.

Just a small team, a tiny space, and a stubborn belief that plated desserts could mean something more.

This cafΓ© grew slowly because we chose depth over scale. We chose to stay small. To remember names. To plate every dessert because it mattered. To treat this space like a second home.

And somehow, you felt it.
You came back.
You brought your friends.
You celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, first dates, farewells.
Some of you grew up with us. Some of you built families while we were building this dream.

We didn’t build a brand with branches.
We built a second home.
And you filled it with life.

To our customers, friends, and families - thank you for your patience, your loyalty, your quiet encouragement, and your unwavering kindness. You carried us through ten years.

Almost a decade ago, this was our Apple Galette with Kaffir Lime Ice Cream.

Today, it comes back reimagined as Apple Galette with Burnt Butter Ice Cream.

Some desserts move forward.
Some wait patiently for the right moment.

Still here. Just a little lighter on top.

After 9 sweet years, we’ve said goodbye to our beloved big signboard. It’s served us well, but the time has come to let it rest - the upkeep was no joke (burnt-out lights, costly skylifts, and a wall behind that’s seen better days!).

But don’t worry - we’re not going anywhere. Foo Foo is still here, right where we’ve always been: on the first floor, just above Cutter & Tailor, and beside the ever-reliable Public Bank ✨

You’ll still spot our little signboard right at the staircase entrance - smaller, yes, but still proudly bearing our name for all dessert lovers to find.

So if you pass by and wonder, β€œWhere did Foo Foo go?” - just look up, follow your nose (or the familiar cravings), and come on up.

The desserts are waiting πŸ’•
