Overweight & Obesity is the result of an addiction we hardly speak about. The only difference between an alcoholic, a drug addict and an overweight person is the substance they are addicted to. Sugar & processed food addiction kills more people today than the world has ever known. Overweight leads to obesity which leads to diabetes which is the gatekeeper for cardiovascular disease, hypertension, kidney problems and a long list of chronic Non-Communicable Disease (NCD).

One of the most effective way to deal with addiction is to start talking about it. Sharing is one of the most powerful tool for one to deal with addiction and mental health issues. We would like to invite you to our weekly support group called "The OA".

Type 2 Diabetes (T2D) is classified as a Chronic Progressive Disease by WHO (World Health Organisation) and it is a generally accepted fact that once you have it, you’ll probably have it for the rest of your life. This is the case with most diabetics, accepting the fact that they have to take ilInsulin shots daily till the day they die. 4 years ago my neighbour dropped by for coffee and he told us about his journey with T2D. When he told me that he reversed his T2D within 30 days using Intermittent Fasting, it changed & rocked my world. I have spent countless hours for about 4 years doing research on this and my goal now is to spread the word and teach people how to do it. To reverse one’s T2D and lose weight using Diet & Lifestyle changes. Hope you enjoy the video and share it with the ones you love.
