I travelled all the way from Mumbai for one dish that takes 24 hours to prepare and every bite proved why it's worth the wait.

At Kesarbagh Chef Azaan Qureshi, grandson of Padma Shri Chef Imtiaz Qureshi, is carrying forward a centuries-old culinary legacy, while while Priyank Sukhija has brought this vision to life by opening Goa's first authentic Awadhi restaurant in a beautifully restored Portuguese bungalow in Assagao.

From the melt-in-your-mouth Kakori Kebabs with Sheermal to the rich Shahi Nihari, fragrant Dum Biryani, and indulgent Shahi Tukda, every dish celebrates tradition, craftsmanship, and slow cooking at its finest.
