Saturday’s Special - Glazed Pork Belly, Isle of White Tomatoes and Pickles!

Our slow-cooked pork belly, glazed with preserved tomatoes and chilli, served with Isle of Wight Tomatoes , pickled fennel and red onion, plenty of chopped herbs and cold-pressed rapeseed oil infused with garlic. Not to forget some grilled sourdough to mop up all the tasty bits!

This one’s packed full of summer flavours. As always, there’s a limited number available, so be sure to grab one while they last!

Wild-caught Scottish hake, courtesy of Hodgson Fish, served with summer vegetables and a sauce made from the hake bones. Finished with fresh herbs, pickles, capers and a squeeze of lemon.

Definitely one to try this weekend. As always, we’ve only got a limited supply, so it’s best to grab one early!
