Tablehurst Farm is a community-owned organic and biodynamic farm only a few minutes walk from the centre of Forest Row, and easily accessible by car from the A22 just north of the village. Our award-winning farm shop and butchery offers all our own produce including meat, poultry and vegetables, plus a wide range of other organic foods. We also have a cafe serving meals, snacks and hot and cold drinks in the summer season (March to October).

We are experiencing low milk yields, due to many factors like the weather and the breeding cycles. To keep the milk available, which is the most popular and in demand product, we are temporarily reducing kefir and yoghurt production. You love the milk and we're making sure it's always available!

We've been listening to your opinions on sausages and the butchers are busy coming up with some new recipes. First up after staff testing is a banger in our opinion.

Chicken bangers to be precise, excellent BBQ alternative when you've exhausted your pallet on pork sausages.

Ingredients:
Organic chicken mince
Chicken liver
Smoked paprika
Gluten free breadcrumbs for moisture
S&P
