Come and try the new salads we’re offering at Emerson Café, absolutely everything that goes into our salads is organic or biodynamic. 🥗🎊
We currently have an amazing variety of leaves, radishes, sweet peas all from our own biodynamic garden. 🥬🫛🌽🫜🥒🥦
We supplement these things with only organic produce, if it’s not organic, it doesn’t get in! 💪
We are currently offering a charred butternut squash salad, with quinoa, wild garlic mayonnaise and wallnuts, as well as simple biodynamic side salad to accompany things like our beautiful quiches and our fresh soups 💕🦋🌈

This roasted charred red pepper and golden squash soup 🍜 served with toasted almonds, lime zest 🍋‍🟩and yoghurt is the bomb 💣 . Looks just like the sunrise 🌅 over the golf course this morning and is exactly what you need with the clouds gathering ⛅️ this afternoon, you know where to find us 🙂 💖🌹🥰
