We are hosting a tasting of local cheeses tomorrow (Saturday 5th September) between 10am and 4pm. You'll be able to try 12 Cheeses from 5 different local producers and buy your favourites! Plus one of the cheeses, Mayfield Swiss, is our cheese of the week so it's 10% off all week.

We have added Extra Mature Cornish Gouda to our counter today and we are all loving it.

This Gouda is aged for 18-24 months and is hard and slightly crumbly with nutty and caramel flavours. The delicate crunch of this cheese which comes from calcium lactate crystals, formed during the aging process.

The cheese is perfect for your after-dinner cheeseboard or grated on top of your favourite dish.
