We have added Extra Mature Cornish Gouda to our counter today and we are all loving it.

This Gouda is aged for 18-24 months and is hard and slightly crumbly with nutty and caramel flavours. The delicate crunch of this cheese which comes from calcium lactate crystals, formed during the aging process.

The cheese is perfect for your after-dinner cheeseboard or grated on top of your favourite dish.
