Tasting Notes: Sweet and rich, notes of stewed black cherry and red wine with rich brown sugar and Brazil nuts body.

ABOUT THIS COFFEE
This espresso blend combines 80% Brazil Bossa Nova and 20% Uganda Rwenzori Kisinga. The Brazilian component comes from Cerrado and Sul de Minas regions at 950 meters altitude, featuring Mundo Novo and Catuai varieties processed naturally.

The Ugandan component is from Kasese, Rwenzori at 2000-2500 meters altitude, featuring SL-14 and SL-28 varieties, also naturally processed. The flavor profile is sweet and rich with notes of stewed black cherry, red wine, brown sugar, and Brazil nuts. Designed for espresso or long black, it works well in milk-based drinks, iced and is compatible with stovetop moka pots and prosumer espresso machines.

There are now 3 options available with our organic ‘RAINBOW SALAD’ of mixed organic leaves, cucumbers, rosemary & thyme tomatoes, roasted beets with garden mint, carrot ribbons and red onion & toasted seeds!

🌿 New (VG) Vegan TOFU & COURGETTE FRITTERS SALAD made from the ‘original’ Seasons Tofu recipe, organic courgettes and some magical artisan spices of cumin, chilli and masala, fresh coriander & parsley.

Seasons Forest Kitchen very proud of what has been achieved so far!

3 weeks in, and our local ‘farm to plate’ Village hot breakfast is our No1 seller! Followed by our hot veggie breakfast and Veasey & Sons Fishmongers Forest Row organic Irish smoked salmon on buttered sourdough and cream cheese. With lots of Kimchi grilled cheese sold too!

Our hard working vibrant team are strengthening daily, cooks settling in creating local honest food enriched with sprinkles of The Artisan Forest Kitchen ferments, our baristas are busy perfecting their customer service and coffee art skills, chai & matcha!

We’re broadening our local cakes offer with new VG options & patisserie items.

Kicking off Summer menu tomorrow with new plated Rainbow salad with grilled goats cheese or organic eggs.

Not forgetting our Great British Summer Savings applied VAT reduction of (-15%) off our children’s menu 25th June right through till 1st September.
Helping to support families with cost of days out.
