At Lee Ho F**k, we work closely with Arthur Tong of to curate a pairing that sits alongside the menu. A selection of handcrafted teas, brewed in house and served with the same consideration as wine.

A hallmark of Chinese culture, each tea is chosen for its ability to complement the aromatics, texture and depth of the dishes, offering a different way to experience the cuisine.
