This isn’t the update we ever hoped to share 💔

Over the past year, the cost of nearly everything it takes to run Coco P**a has continued to rise food, organic produce, utilities, water, labor, rent, and supplies. At the same time, our sales have moved in the opposite direction.

We’ve done everything we can to absorb those costs while staying true to our mission of serving fresh, high-quality food made from scratch. But we can’t continue carrying that burden on our own.

Beginning July 14, we’ll be temporarily closing to regroup, with plans to reopen August 7 on a reduced schedule of Thursday through Sunday. We believe this gives us the best chance to build a sustainable future.

If Coco P**a has ever meant something to you, we’d love to see you before we close and again when we reopen. Every visit, every share, and every recommendation truly matters.

Thank you for believing in our dream and for being part of this journey.

the cobb salad from cfa, and other salads like it, can be very deceiving! it may be marketed to you as a healthy lunch option but that can only be true if your definition of healthy is processed ingredients, added fat, and hormone distrupters.

don't fall for big food's strategy of loading products with highly addictive ingredients designed to keep you coming back for more. you deserve food that nourishes you—not products engineered to hook you.
