☀️Meet Brian! Officially our kitchen manager, his title doesn’t begin to cover everything he does. He’s part of every step of the journey from the water to your plates.
From day to day, you can find him leading the kitchen through a busy dinner service, working a shift on the oyster farm, catching fish offshore with us, or captaining the boat while we dive. He keeps watch, picks up the fish we send up on floats, and gets us back aboard safely. If something breaks, there’s a good chance Brian can fix it. We’re so grateful to have him on our team!
