We’ve made a few changes to one of our most popular menu items to make it more customizable based on our customers’ favorites. You can now choose any of our meat dishes for the main component of our Ethio Sampler plate.
- Doro Wét (Our house special with sweet onion chili chicken and a hard-boiled egg)
- Butter Chicken (Ethio style version of the classic Indian dish)
- Beef Tibs (Ethio style stir fried top sirloin steak with bell peppers, onion, rosemary, and jalapeño)
Then you get Misir Wét (Simmered red lentils with rich Ethiopian spices), and Alecha Wét (Simmered yellow split-peas with turmeric, rich spices and a hint of jalepeño), Seasoned rice, and a choice of a side salad or Ethio style cooked veggies (potato, carrots, cabbage, jalapeño, onion).
All served over Injera (Ethiopian sour-dough flatbread)
