The Pond Bar & Grill is growing — and we’re looking for the RIGHT person to grow with us.

💰 $22–$25/hour, based on experience

We’ve recently launched a brand-new elevated menu, and we’re currently in the planning stages of launching an exciting new breakfast menu.

We have an incredible team, a clear vision for our restaurant, and we’re going to be selective about who we bring on board. We’re not looking for just another cook — we’re looking for someone who wants to become an important part of what we’re building.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has solid kitchen/cooking experience
• Is comfortable with both breakfast and dinner service
• Has experience with prep cooking
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Understands COGS, inventory and food waste
• Stays calm and focused under pressure
• Works well with others and values teamwork
• Is dependable, honest and has strong integrity
• Takes pride in consistency, cleanliness and presentation
• Brings ideas, initiative and a desire to keep improving
• Wants to help us elevate The Pond even further
