For this month's homework, our middle school student was tasked with cooking a traditional Indian meal. Our sixth-grader selected Murgh Kari and homemade flatbread. Cooking with children presents a challenge, but the experience is so well worth it. Side note!! We have Gift cards available.

We are hiring a part-time cooks position. This is a small operation that we are growing. Cooking/line cook experience is helpful but we can train the right person. Please drop off resume at the Spokane Valley Mall location or email it to [email protected] **must have a food handlers permit** This is for Madfire Kitchen and catering at the Spokane Valley Mall location. 20 hours a week or more pending the catering schedule. $17 to $19 per hour plus tips.
