That delicious, perfectly brewed cup of coffee that keeps you alive and on track everyday has had a crazy life. Begging as the seed of a cherry grown at high elevation under the shade, then harvested by hand, processed in small batches and dried to a beautiful jade green, it had to travel across an ocean or a continent, packaged just right, before arriving in Seattle where we roasted it using a decade plus of knowledge and experience. Whew. And you thought your commute was bad.
