We’ve got an early berry season upon us. We’ll thankfully be cycling through an assortment of local fruit in the coming weeks! 🥹🫐💎 I’ll save you the berry puns, and just say: I always like to imagine this palette cleanser covers the enigmatic experience of being a bear with a little buzz.

Karoline is the daughter of Elena Walch, a 5th generation winemaker known as the “Grande Dame” of Alto Adige, or the “Queen of Gewurtzraminer,” who played an important role in increasing the quality and stature of wines from this mountainous region in northern Italy. Chef Nathan Lockwood will be creating a special tasting menu finely tailored to these beautiful expressions of the alpine terroir of the Dolomites near Bolzano and Tramin.

Our sommelier John has been serving these wines alongside our tasting menu for years and loves the joyous reaction from guests upon encountering them. We are all excited to host Karoline so she can share them with you in the context of Nathan’s cuisine.
