We are excited to be participating in this year’s Lamb Jam competition, and we hope you all enjoy the dish the chefs have come up with.

Our entry is inspired by the traditional Italian dish Frico, stuffed with braised lamb, a dijon vinaigrette, finished with radishes and a bit of frisèe.

If you’re a and you enjoyed our Frico you can vote for us! The restaurant that wins will host a lamb dinner in which voters can win tickets to enjoy for themselves! Link is in bio, and QR codes available in person on our menu.

We are disgusted, heartbroken and angered at what is happening in Minnesota and throughout the country. But, we are not hopeless.

Today, we are proud to stand with our Seattle community by sending support to Minneapolis. We stand with the people who built this country, shared their food, music and culture whether we deserved it or not. We stand against bullies and bigots whose only goal is fear and division that is why we will be donating a portion of our sales from Spinasse and Artusi tonight to the Minnesota Immigrant Rapid Response Fund.
