Wine Wednesday brings you a true ruby red from Emilia-Romagna! 🍒 Cherry, plum, & spices come together in this well-balanced Sangiovese. The cartoon plane on the label is a play on ‘Fermavento’ which roughly translates to “stop the wind” - representing the breezy hillside town this estate is located.

We just love how colorful our wine wall gets this time of year! 👉 Swipe to see the 20% off pick for this Wednesday. Verdura Pelaverga is a rare light-to-medium bodied with aromas of cherry, raspberry, rose, and white pepper. 🍒 Fun fact: less than 20 wineries worldwide grow this historical grape.

Sips beautifully with our summer menu, especially the truffle and tenderloin crostino, fried calamari/shrimp/scallops and tortelli with light cream & prosciutto sauce. 🤤 We’ll save you a seat!
