Mark and Terri Stark launched Stark Reality Restaurants, LLC, the management company responsible for their group of restaurant enterprises, in January 2006. They created SRR to provide a centralized effort in the areas of managerial support, concept development, future growth opportunities and individual unit support. Willi’s Seafood & Raw Bar opened a year later in fall 2003. Monti’s followed in

the summer of 2004. Stark’s Steak & Seafood, a classic American steakhouse opened in winter 2008. In September 2015, Bird & The Bottle opened in Santa Rosa. For Mark and Terri Stark, following their passion has placed them squarely on the fast track to success. The Starks have used their passions for great food combined with great fun to create unique and thriving restaurants. Their ambition has always been to create and sustain positive, nurturing work environments. "Our success is our staff, always has been, always will be. "Happy staff equals happy customers. Simple."

Congratulations Willi's Seafood & Raw Bar on taking 2nd place at the Charbay Distillery 2nd annual Bloody Mary Competition!! What a blast! We're so grateful to have this opportunity each year to give back to the Santa Rosa Fire Fighters Local 1401 who always give the most to our community! We love you!
