Shaka has always had a thing for color.

This is actually what it looks like.

The Poke Trio is packed with crispy truffle tempura shrimp, shoyu salmon, spicy tuna, avocado, fresh herbs, pickled vegetables, and enough color to make you think somebody turned the saturation up.

We didn’t.

Turns out when the ingredients are this fresh and the patio day is this perfect, nature handles the editing.

All this bowl needs to be this vibrant is a seat outside.
