So…you NEEDA this ‘NUJDA & RAMP featured pie! 🌱 🐷 Cheese blend, roasted red sauce, local ramps, ‘Nduja, Pecorino Romano, Calabrian chili oil. 🇮🇹 For those of you unfamiliar with ‘Nduja (pronounced en-DOO-yah or sometimes in-DOOJ-ah), it’s a spreadable, fiery-hot cured pork sausage from Italy featuring a spicy kick from Calabrian red chili peppers. It pairs really well with our local ramps! Come see you yourself! 🔥
