Meet the staff!

“Hello!! I’m Anna, and I joined the Bloom team in late Spring. I’m from small town rural Nebraska with a background in Early Childhood Education, but my husband and I are currently in a fun season of city living, so I’m thrilled to have this opportunity to work at one of my favorite coffee shops! Everything about working here fills me with so much joy, from getting to know the other amazing baristas, to serving and interacting with customers, and of course, the delightful coffee. This fall, I’m looking forward to spending more time here as well as cheering on my husband and sisters who play college and high school sports.

My go-to drink is an iced honey oat latte, but occasionally I like to change it up with a fun seasonal flavored latte!”

We realized our matcha has not been consistently up to standard recently, for a few reasons, we tried a new matcha for a bit and it wasn’t as good so we replaced that back to the original, but then our coconut milk got swapped on us and we did not realize that it really tasted terrible 🥴

Thus we’ve served up some matchas that have not been so good as normal 😔

We wanted to say we are SO SORRY to anyone who had a not great matcha experience, specifically for the strawberry coconut milk matchas 🫠 If you have received a bad matcha from us in the last couple months come in and tell whoever is working and they will make you a new matcha on us!!

Quality and consistency in our menu is important to us, and so when you think we’re failing in that area we want you to tell us!! Thank you for your understanding as we figured this out, 😅 I hope you all have a great rest of your week, 🫶🏼 Justin & Eva

Even though Mia is just with us for the Summer we still want you to meet her!!

“Hey Bloom! My name is Mia, I’ve been working here since May and have been loving it!!!

I am going to be a junior at UNL and I’m on the pre-physical therapy track. I’m involved in the SALT company as a citygroup leader which has been my favorite part of college! I love going on walks with friends, running, and spending time with my roommates! ☺️ I’m so happy to have been here!!
