Wow, what a weekend! 🥹❤️

To be honest, we weren’t quite sure how the cafe would do with the fair going on… and LORDY, was it busy! 🙌🏼

We saw SO many new faces, and that is a blessing in itself. It felt like we served all the coffees, Grandmas Breakfasts, and bagel sandwiches we could possibly make! ☕️🥯

And a HUGE thank you to everyone who continues to support us out at the fair! It is always so fun when someone recognizes our name from the Square and then realizes that we are one and the same! 🥰

But at the fair, we get to have a little extra fun with some treats you won’t find at the cafe! 👀I

These past 4 days and nights have definitely been CRAZY… but if we’re being honest, it’s a kind of crazy we’re slightly addicted to. 😂❤️

🚨 WE’RE HIRING — HELP US FINISH OUT OUR TEAM AT EARLS CAFE! 🚨

Over the last few weeks, we’ve had some really great people apply and join our team, and we’re excited about the crew we’re putting together! We’re now looking to finish out our team with a few key positions.

We are specifically looking for:

⭐ SHIFT LEADS — $17/HR + TIP SHARE

We’re looking for people who can do more than simply run a shift. Our Shift Leads need to be able to lead a team, set the tone, and help everyone work together to have a successful shift.

The ideal Shift Lead is outgoing, friendly, personable, dependable, and organized, with a strong attention to detail. You should be comfortable communicating with both customers and employees, motivating a team, and keeping things running smoothly when we get busy.

💰 Starting Pay: $17/hour
💵 Average Tip Share: $3–$5/hour
🔥 Typical gross pay: approximately $20–$22/hour

🍳 LINE COOKS

We’re also looking for dependable, hardworking Line Cooks who take pride in the food they put out. We make our food from scratch with fresh ingredients, so we’re looking for people who care about quality, consistency, cleanliness, and teamwork.

PLEASE NOTE: We currently have several great high school students on our team, and we unfortunately do not have any additional openings for high school students at this time. For these remaining positions, we are looking for applicants with availability that helps us round out our current team and scheduling needs.

Happy Saturday! ☀️

It seems the word is getting out about our biscuit sandwiches and biscuits & gravy! Have you had a chance to try them yet?

Flaky, buttery biscuits with the creamiest, most flavorful gravy. 🤤

Fun fact: We had a little “gravy off” when testing recipes, and my husband beat me. 🙃 But that’s okay… I still make a mean cinnamon roll. 😂

Speaking of cinnamon rolls, we have Regular & Cookie Butter in stock all weekend! 🤎

No Blueberry Crumble for a little while — we’re taking a pause on those with the start of school and the fair coming up.

And one last thing: We are sold out of beef ribs & pork ribs this weekend! We’re so sorry! They’ll be back next weekend. ❤️
