Why should we support Organic Coffee Bean Production?

Traditionally farmed coffee is one of the most chemical intensive crops in the world. Everything from synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, and insecticides with cumulative effects on our health if drank daily. Buying organically grown, fair trade coffee allows the financial freedom for farmers to raise beans holistically without the financial pressure requiring chemical additives. By supporting organic farmers you are protecting your health, the farm workers, and the local watersheds.

Hello subscribers! If you are someone with a changing subscription month to month please let me know what changes you will need for May before I begin roasting.
ALSO! We have more spice rub available!!! If you need any they are $8 per pouch for the time being and $6 for subscribers. Order now for us to deliver with your door.

We will be roasting over the next few days to deliver to our subscribers! Let us know if you have any changes to your monthly or bi-monthly orders (roast, grind, quantity or flavor changes)!
Interested in becoming a subscriber? All you do is order for a monthly or bi-monthly delivery or shipment at least 2 pounds each time and your price drops to $12 per bag. Can cancel or change the order at any time! We currently deliver to Hartsville, Carthage, Lebanon and Mount Juliet for subscribers.
Also, for those not subscribers but needing to get your coffee or steak rub fix, now is the best time to order if you are wanting it this week!

We appreciate all of our customers so much and need to ask a favor! We are on the hunt for an industrial, large batch coffee roaster to add to as we grow. If any of you comes across one or knows of a closing coffee shop that may have one used to purchase please reach out to us! They are pretty pricey and we would love to find something affordable that allows us to keep up with the demand coming in. Thank you!

During the Christmas season we have so many new friends try out coffee because they were gifted it. We are so grateful for our customers who share our products with others! The biggest compliment we hear time and time again from new Psalmbird drinkers (other than how delicious it is) is that it was the first coffee that gave them no jitters, anxiousness or put them on edge. Organic matters! Research just how little the bad rap coffee can get comes from the actual coffee or caffeine and how much actually comes from pesticides and chemicals!!!!
