Summer may be coming to an end, but that just means it's Michigan corn season! In its honor, our kitchen has turned to what it does best: taking something simple and letting it shine.

Our guest-favorite gnocchi returns with those late summer flavors: courgette, tomato, sweet corn, chèvre, miso, pesto, fried shallot

Alongside it, two new dishes built on the same idea: a Corn Chowder with crème fraîche, sun-dried tomato, and chili flake, and Corn Ribs with corn, house kombu seasoning, and lime.

Pair it with something from the wine list, and settle in for an evening that feels exactly like this time of year should.

Slow down. Experience food differently. At Rustica, some of the best dinners begin with a different approach entirely -- a table full of Firsts, shared slowly, with people you actually want to sit across from. No one course commanding the night. Just a series of beautifully crafted small plates, passed around, and savored.
