There’s a big difference between pasta that carries the sauce and pasta that just happens to be underneath it.

That’s one reason we make ours in house. From a rich cream sauce to something lighter with white w**e and olive oil, good pasta makes every part of the dish better.

It takes a little more work. We think it’s worth it.
