Malfalde was created to mimic something a little unexpected… a queen wave. Yes, really. Those signature ruffled edges? Models after the elegant waving motion of queens and princesses. Malfalde Pasta is typical of Naples, Italy. Named in honor of Princess Mafalda of Savoy and the Italian word reginette which is Italian for ‘little queens’. Malfalde is typically served with vodka sauce and basil or other delicate sauces.

We built Ugly Noodle to be the place where you just... eat. No asking if it can be gluten free. No “is this actually made gluten free or just labeled that way.” Just a menu you can order top to bottom and a store you can shop without the ingredient audit.

100% dedicated gluten-free kitchen. Handmade pasta, gnocchi and sandwiches with zero cross contamination stress.

The number one question we hear is when can we add pierogi to the restaurant deli menu. I promise we are working on it!
